We hereby inform that, on 25th July, 2023, 500.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2020 - PROJECT LORD II - Senior SECURED Notes due 2040", under the code LSNGOM (ISIN PTLSNGOM0002). These bonds are fungible with 20.700.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 21.200.000,00 EUR).
