We hereby inform that, on 24^th August, 2023, the corporate name of "NEXPONOR - SOCIEDADE ESPECIAL DE INVESTIMENTO IMOBILIÁRIO DE CAPITAL FIXO SICAFI - S.A." was changed to "NEXPONOR – SOCIEDADE DE INVESTIMENTO COLECTIVO IMOBILIÁRIO FECHADO, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code NEX AM (ISIN PTNEX0AM0002).
