We hereby inform that, on 15th September, 2023, 551.314.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1.65% - 16 JUL 2032", under the code OTEYOE (ISIN PTOTEYOE0031). These bonds are fungible with 6.564.621.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.115.935.000,00 EUR).
