We hereby inform that, on 15th September, 2023, 558.232.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,9% - 12 Out 2035", under the code OTENOE (ISIN PTOTENOE0034). These bonds are fungible with 6.621.927.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.180.159.000,00 EUR).
