We hereby inform that, on 28th September, 2023, 18.600.000,00 EUR of bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2023 - BOREAL - UP TO EUR 80.000.000 BOREAL ASSET-BACKED SECURITISATION NOTES DUE 2033", under the code HEFBOM (ISIN PTHEFBOM0033). These bonds are fungible with 10.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 28.600.000,00 EUR).
