We hereby inform that, on 29th September, 2023, 453.128,00 EUR of registered bonds of company Joyful Terrace Investimentos Imobiliários LDA were registered regarding the loan "JOYFUL TERRACE/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code JFTAOM (ISIN PTJFTAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 10.069.500,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.522.628,00 EUR).
