We hereby inform that, on 29th September, 2023, 309.791,00 EUR of registered bonds of company VIC Management, Unipessoal LDA were registered regarding the loan "VIC MANAGEMENT /2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code NAGAOM (ISIN PTNAGAOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 6.884.250,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.194.041,00 EUR).
