We hereby inform that, on 29th September, 2023, 323.663,00 EUR of registered bonds of company POTENTIAL SKETCH - Investimentos Imobiliários, LDA were registered regarding the loan "POTENTIAL SKETCH/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code PKTBOM (ISIN PTPKTBOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 7.192.500,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.516.163,00 EUR).
