We hereby inform that, on 2nd October, 2023, 9.956.538,00 EUR of registered bonds of company Herdade do PINHEIRINHO II - Investimento Imobiliário, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "Bonds due 2026 Guaranteed", under the code HNHAOM (ISIN PTHNHAOM0007). These bonds are fungible with 14.280.709,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 24.237.247,00 EUR).
