We hereby inform that, on 3rd October, 2023, 136.644,45 EUR of bonds of company TAGENERGY, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "TAGENERGY 2023 - up to 107.550.000 EUR FACILITY NOTES - 2028", under the code TGYAOM (ISIN PTTGYAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 20.557.290,57 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 20.693.935,02 EUR).
