We hereby inform that, on 3rd October, 2023, 411.800,50 AUD of bonds of company TAGENERGY, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "TAGENERGY 2023 - up to 270.400.000 AUD FACILITY NOTES - 2028", under the code TGYBOM (ISIN PTTGYBOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 50.889.678,09 AUD of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 51.301.478,59 AUD).
