We hereby inform that, on 12th October, 2023, 361.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 3,875% - 15 Feb. 2030", under the code OTEROE (ISIN PTOTEROE0014). These bonds are fungible with 7.199.513.491,05 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.560.513.491,05 EUR).
