We hereby inform that, on 18th October, 2023, 650.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company M7 PORAF Portugal 2, Unipessoal LDA were registered regarding the loan "M7 PORAF Portugal 2/2019 - Class C Notes due 2024", under the code MR2COM (ISIN PTMR2COM0003). These bonds are fungible with 1.408.984,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 2.058.984,00 EUR).
