We hereby inform that, on 30th October, 2023, 7.600.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME Mota-Engil - ME CP 3M DEC 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME11JM (ISIN PTME11JM0089). These commercial paper is fungible with 9.200.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 16.800.000,00 EUR).
