We hereby inform that, on 7th November, 2023, 4.400.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Grupo Visabeira, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 6M ABR 2024 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VNJM (ISIN PTG1VNJM0133).
This issue will be cancelled on 22th April, 2024.
