We hereby inform that, on 10th November, 2023, 2.200.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME Mota-Engil - ME CP 6M APR 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME15JM (ISIN PTME15JM0085). These commercial paper is fungible with 900.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 3.100.000,00 EUR).
