We hereby inform that, on 4th December, 2023 and by indication of the Issuer, one has cancelled the 50.000.000,00 EUR of bonds, regarding the issue "OT 5,65% - 15 February 2024", registered in the Securities Central under code OTEQOE (ISIN PTOTEQOE0015). Total amount in circulation: 6.036.355.069,51 EUR.
