We hereby inform that, on 11th December, 2023, 4.300.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company CUF, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME CUF - CP 6M Mar 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code J275JM (ISIN PTJ275JM0080). These commercial paper is fungible with 5.400.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 9.700.000,00 EUR).
