We hereby inform that, on 2nd January, 2024, 150.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP ENERGIA 2014 - 24. EM PC- PRG 150M EUR (BST)", under the code GA94JM (ISIN PTGA94JM0024).
This issue will be cancelled on 2nd July, 2024.
