We hereby inform that, on 2nd January, 2024, 1.276.294,82 EUR of bonds of company TAGENERGY, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "TAGENERGY 2023 - up to 107.550.000 EUR FACILITY NOTES - 2028", under the code TGYAOM (ISIN PTTGYAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 100.149.955,02 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 101.426.249,84 EUR).
