We hereby inform that, on 2nd January, 2024, 1.500.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company Herdade do PINHEIRINHO RESORT, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HERDADE DO PINHEIRINHO RESORT/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code HEPAOM (ISIN PTHEPAOM0008). These bonds are fungible with 17.747.779,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 19.247.779,00 EUR).
