We hereby inform that, on 2nd January, 2024, 2.700.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company Joyful Terrace Investimentos Imobiliários LDA were registered regarding the loan "JOYFUL TERRACE/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code JFTAOM (ISIN PTJFTAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 10.522.628,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 13.222.628,00 EUR).
