We hereby inform that, on 5th January, 2024, 25.000.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company START - Sines TRANSATLANTIC RENEWABLE & TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS, LDA were registered regarding the loan "START - Sines TRANSAT.RENEW.TECHN.CAMPUS/2021 - Up To 250 M. EUR Notes due 2026", under the code STWAOM (ISIN PTSTWAOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 183.100.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 208.100.000,00 EUR).
