We hereby inform that, on 18th January, 2024, 6.600.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 6M JUL 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME14JM (ISIN PTME14JM0086).
This issue will be cancelled on 18th July, 2024.
