We hereby inform that, on 26th January, 2024, 345.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 2,125% 17 Outubro 2028", under the code OTEVOE (ISIN PTOTEVOE0018). These bonds are fungible with 15.722.387.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 16.067.387.000,00 EUR).
