We hereby inform that, on 16th February, 2024, 588.883.000,00 EUR of bonds of REPÚBLICA PORTUGUESA shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1,95. - 15 JUN 2029", under the code OTEXOE (ISIN PTOTEXOE0024). These bonds are fungible with 12.450.112.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 13.038.995.000,00 EUR).
