We hereby inform that, on 16th February, 2024, 679.487.000,00 EUR of bonds of REPÚBLICA PORTUGUESA shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1. - 12 ABR 2052", under the code OTECOE (ISIN PTOTECOE0037). These bonds are fungible with 5.655.379.981,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.334.866.981,00 EUR).
