We hereby inform that, on 1st March, 2024, 6.700.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME Mota-Engil - ME CP 3M May 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1LJM (ISIN PTME1LJM0099). These commercial paper is fungible with 5.000.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 11.700.000,00 EUR).
