We hereby inform that, on 28th March, 2024, 2.500.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company RIGEL, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "RIGEL/2022 - UP TO EUR 17.500.000 FIXED RATE GUARANTEED AND SECURED NOTES DUE 2029", under the code RIGAOM (ISIN PTRIGAOM0011). These bonds are fungible with 15.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 17.500.000,00 EUR).
