We hereby inform that, on 2nd April, 2024, 5.816.648,14 AUD of bonds of company TAGENERGY, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "TAGENERGY 2023 - up to 270.400.000 AUD FACILITY NOTES - 2028", under the code TGYBOM (ISIN PTTGYBOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 251.818.090,33 AUD of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 257.634.738,47 AUD).
