We hereby inform that, on 5th April, 2024, 600.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME Mota-Engil - ME CP 6M Jul 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME14JM (ISIN PTME14JM0086). These commercial paper is fungible with 11.500.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 12.100.000,00 EUR).
