We hereby inform that, on 12th April, 2024, 529.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 4,1% - 15 Fevereiro 2045", under the code OTEBOE (ISIN PTOTEBOE0020). These bonds are fungible with 5.922.664.887,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.451.664.887,00 EUR).
