We hereby inform that, on 26th April, 2024, 1.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 7M NOV 2024 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VKJM (ISIN PTG1VKJM0144). These commercial paper is fungible with 4.400.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.400.000,00 EUR).
