We hereby inform that, on 17th May, 2024, 100.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 3M JUN 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1EJM (ISIN PTME1EJM0098). These commercial paper is fungible with 9.600.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 9.700.000,00 EUR).
