We hereby inform that, on 29th May, 2024, 1.200.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2020 - PROJECT NATA II - Senior SECURED Notes due 2040", under the code LSNEOM (ISIN PTLSNEOM0004). These bonds are fungible with 148.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 149.200.000,00 EUR).
