We hereby inform that, on 27th September, 2024, 255.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1% - 12 Abril 2052", under the code OTECOE (ISIN PTOTECOE0037). These bonds are fungible with 6.334.866.981,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.589.866.981,00 EUR).
