We hereby inform that, on 27th September, 2024, 500.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 18 Jun 2038", under the code OTEZOE (ISIN PTOTEZOE0014). These bonds are fungible with 4.434.397.732,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 4.934.397.732,00 EUR).
