We hereby inform that, on 14th March, 2025, 661.668.000,00 EUR of bonds of REPÚBLICA PORTUGUESA (REPRESENTADA PELO IGCP) shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 18 Jun 2038", under the code OTEZOE (ISIN PTOTEZOE0014). These bonds are fungible with 4.934.397.732,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.596.065.732,00 EUR).
