Finance and Market Strategy

You will join the Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana or ELITE) or Post Trade (Euronext Securities Milan) teams in overseeing financial markets and related instruments in order to meet the demands of internal and external stakeholders. This role will allow you to become more confident in managing the dynamism of the market, embracing its current evolution and being part of the change itself.

We are looking for profiles with a background in Finance, Market Economics and Financial Intermediaries (Master's Degree).

Finance and Market Law

You will join the Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana) or Post Trade (Euronext Securities) teams in the study of financial market regulation in order to help the group comply with national and international law. Your Role

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting  the ICFR team with the following activities:

  • Support the optimization of the corporate information system and improve processes and procedures
  • Assist in mapping processes, procedures and other documentation related to the framework.
  • Contribute to testing and monitoring the design and operating effectiveness of Finance controls
  • Support annual Finance Risk Assessment exercise in collaboration with group Risk team
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes by coordinating sample requests, and tracking audit findings.

Role Summary

Euronext Clearing is Euronext's multi-asset clearing house. It is the CCP of choice for Euronext’s cash, financial and commodity derivatives markets across Europe, offering a harmonised clearing framework across Euronext venues.

Euronext Clearing provides an internship opportunity within the Credit Risk Department.

Key Responsibilities

The Credit Risk Team, part of the Risk Management Department, is in charge of the credit-risk controls executed in the admission process to the Clearing and Guarantee System managed by Euronext Clearing, monitoring of Clearing Members’ creditworthiness after the admission and handling of Due Diligences conducted on Clearing Members

The Applicant will assist the Credit Risk Department with the following activities:

ELITE  –  Business Analyst Intern  

 

The resource - within the Strategy and Business Development division - will support data-driven activities and strategic initiatives by gathering, organizing and analysing information from complex datasets to extract actionable insights in order to enhance business performance and decision-making, both for internal scope (i.e. analysis, reporting, ) and for business development insights (i.e. clients' needs mapping, data strategy evolution, data-driven upselling/cross selling opportunities). 

The Business Analyst will contribute to the development and innovation of current ELITE membership services and offering, ensuring a continuous evolution of ELITE’s value proposition to meet member need and market trends. 

The resource will work in coordination with the other ELITE's business divisions including product, sales and marketing to continuously enhance and foster a data driven approach across all ELITE’s functions.
