About Company Webcast

Company Webcast is looking for anenthusiastic and motivated Event Managers who wants to join our team. Company Webcast, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 700 corporates and local governments, through a state-of-the-art platform using the most advanced technology. We offer flexible and tailor-made formats, depending on the customers’ needs, i.e. video or audio webcasts on location, conference call webcasts, highly interactive professional studio webcasts and self-service webinar licences. Since February 2017, Company Webcast is part of the Euronext group and operates studios in Capelle aan den IJssel, Amsterdam, Brussel, Paris, London, Milan and Frankfurt. As a successful event manager, you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers’ webinars and webcasts. For many of our customers, the webinar world is new and you will be the one who helps them through all the processes and makes them feel at ease.

About the role

As a successful Event Manager, you manage multiple projects from the point the deal has been closed by sales - to delivery of the event itself. A successful event manager, will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers’ webinars and webcasts.

Your key accountabilities

  • You step in right after the sale is closed.
  • Guide the customers through the entire operational and logistical process.
  • Inspire the customer with Company Webcasts’ tips & tricks’ that help customers success.
  • Working with C-level in some projects.
  • Coordination of the technical crew (director, producer, support) or any other supplier.

Your profile

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Designs, codes, or configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents and maintains large and/or complex C# programs.

Euronext Clearing is a multi-asset clearing house that currently provides proven risk management capabilities on several markets, across a range of trading venues including Euronext Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal, MTS, BrokerTec and Vorvel.

Asset classes cleared include equities, EFTs, closed-end funds, financial and commodity derivatives, bonds and repos.

In its role, Euronext Clearing assures the implementation of a robust risk management framework, a set of rules and procedures to ensure full compliance with the applicable regulatory environment, and an STP Clearing System providing safe and efficient clearing processing.

Euronext Clearing provides a harmonised clearing framework across Euronext venues.

In regards to the Italian Equities and Derivative markets, Euronext Clearing aims at harmonising the operating model to the one already adopted on the other Euronext locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of reference for local client support for the introduction of the new operating model on Euronext Equity and Derivatives markets, in close cooperation with internal product, operations and risk teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Development of business proposals in respect of potential customers, in particular on Italian market
  • Managing relationships with Italian existing customers and contacts at all levels to foster the smooth adoption of the new operating model
  • Ensure we have an accurate and detailed understanding of our client needs
  • Management of marketing initiatives on the Italian market aimed at increasing the visibility of Euronext Clearing

Key accountabilities

  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Programme;
  • Assisting with efforts to align internal security practices with industry best practices and security frameworks commensurate with strategy and the expectations of our clients and regulators;
  • Stay abreast of the threat landscape specific to Euronext and adjust/draft solutions designs according to developments in this space;
  • Timely and accurate reporting of the current state of all assigned projects/initiatives;
  • Keeping track of policy and standards exceptions and the risks aligned to them;
  • Keep abreast of new risks and trends in the threat landscape that may need to be addressed within information security policies, procedures and standards;
  • Exhibit a broad knowledge of security compliance and auditing frameworks and apply those to formulate policies, procedures and standards;
  • The delivery of ongoing security awareness and training through various tools and workshops;
  • Ownership and oversight of all controls owned by InfoSec, including the approval point for all change efforts, etc, that might impact any such controls.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in a specific Information security role (e.g. related ISO 27001 consultant / projects);
  • Experience within the financial sector will be a considerable benefit;
  • Past/proven experience working in a team;
  • Established background in Information Security Risks processes and in IT/Information Security Audit;
  • Strong background and knowledge of working with and implementing international security standards and frameworks, such as; ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO27005, NIST, Cobit 5, etc.;
  • Ability to deliver security education and awareness training sessions and material;
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills and organisationalskills;
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritise workload appropriately and work well alone or as part of a team;
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively and to articulate complex security and privacy concepts to business users;
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner;
  • Working/technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and security specific controls;
  • Security industry certifications are considered a plus, e.g. include; CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, Cobit 5, ISO 27001 or other security / ISO related certifications.

Job Description

Working with the Euronext Corporate Services team as well as external providers, the Sales Executive is responsible for :

  • Selling one of Euronext Corporate Services’ products : iBabs, Company Webcast, Insiderlog, IR.Manager, in one or several Euronext Corporate Services’ countries (Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, Belgium, France)

  • Defining and building a sales strategy across both listed and non-listed organizations (if applicable) and closely with all Corporate Services’ areas of expertise : business development, lead generation, marketing, customer success, sales

  • Ensuring effective execution of these strategies

  • Building revenue by acquiring new and existing clients: pitch qualified prospects and close deals

Euronext Brussels is looking for an analyst intern to join the dynamic Listing/Corporate Services team in Belgium. Main responsibilities will include the preparation of sector- and company-specific analyses, the modelling of market monitoring tools, as well as working on cross-team projects with the other Euronext locations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Student majoring in either a finance or business related degree
  • Previous internship/positions related to Equity Capital Markets/Investor Relations required. Applicants with professional references will be prioritized.
  • Strong proficiency in financial databases (e.g. Thomson Reuters Eikon, Factset, Bloomberg) as well as very strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • English-native or fluency required, other European languages a plus

LISTING:

  • Conduct industry, market and company-specific research
  • Support sales representatives in preparing meeting and pitching materials, spanning the entire value chain
  • Support the team by contributing to the production of sales and market intelligence. This can range from analyzing the private funding ecosystem (Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, Private Equity, Venture Capital)
  • Involvement in the launch and development of new initiatives (targeting innovative Tech SMEs across Europe, Family-owned businesses, etc…) and participation in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on market activity from a listing perspective
  • Peers analysis and global ECM/DCM benchmarks

POST-LISTING ADVISORY:
